All items that appear to be damaged in shipping must be refused at the point of delivery or a return process must be enabled within 48hrs of delivery date.

Return Process:

1. Submit return request via the eBay Returns Portal.

2. Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.

3. Select the reason for the return.

4. Ship the product back with all original parts and packaging.

5. Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer.

6. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier

Order Cancellations

Once shipped orders cannot be cancelled. They can only be returned via the return process with a restocking fee of 10% plus return shipping cost. Any order may be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order free of penalty. Anytime after the 4 hour mark until shipped will be charged a 15% restocking fee
