Recipe:

2 oz. Cognac (Hennessy is always a classic choice)

1 oz. lemon juice

1 oz. blackberry simple syrup

1 egg white (1oz.)

Edible flowers (garnish)

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake extra hard for around one minute to properly emulsify the ingredients. Strain out ice and shake again to create a silky consistency. Fine strain into your coupe glass. Garnish with beautiful edible flower

We do not ship major Holidays, Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays.. It is advised that you use a calendar to order and with that being said, the products are very perishable and we are not responsible for an untimely order or delayed shipment because of weather delays etc.

All our Edible Flowers and Microgreens are harvested the same day we ship your order. Your order is packaged with ice packs, Styrofoam boards, and paper to keep your order fresh and cool.

We ship via:

Fed Ex Priority for morning delivery (ETA by 12:00 Noon, WEDNESDAYS THROUGH SATURDAYS, for delivery Wednesday-Saturday (ETA by 12:00 pm your time, depending on your ship to location). We do not deliver on Holidays, Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays.

We cannot offer "same day shipping orders". We recommend delivery 1-2 days before your event. However, you may place an order up to 3 weeks ahead of the desired delivery date. Please make sure to include your desired delivery date, and any special delivery instructions. **If no desired delivery date is requested, it will ship the soonest available business day after your order is placed and paid, Tuesdays through Fridays. **

Once we receive your order and know your desired delivery date, we will make the adjustments as necessary. If no date "NEEDED" is given to us then we will ship ASAP according to the date range given by Ebay

REMINDER: We refer to the date "NEEDED" in place of "EVENT" because they may be needed for freezing in ice cube, or baking, before the event.

Care Instructions and Shelf Life
To retain and prolong the freshness of your items, please refrigerate your order immediately upon arrival. Store your order between 38º- 40º to retain the utmost flavor and freshness. Enjoy your purchase of Micro Greens and Edible Flowers within five days for the best flavor. As with any type of produce, we recommend LIGHTLY SPLAY WASHING before use as they are grown in peat moss indoors. There are no insecticides used in their growing time and are planted from seeds.
We recommend to delivered a day or two before your date of usage so they are as fresh as possible for your use.
