Shipping

Shipping and Handling:
Standard domestic shipping is always FREE!  Additionally, all packages are fully insured as a FREE service for you!  These are just a couple of ways for us to thank you for your business!

Orders completed by 3 PM EST will typically ship the same day, Monday through Friday.  While we still make every effort to provide same-day shipping to orders completed after 3 PM EST, they are often shipped the following business day.  Orders received after 5 PM EST will always ship the following business day.

Shipping Methods:
Under $500: Orders will be shipped by USPS first class mail.  Delivery times depends on distance, but packages are usually delivered within 2 to 4 business days within the continental United States.

Over $500: Orders will be shipped priority mail with signature confirmation.  Delivery is usually completed within 2 or 3 business days.

Over $5,000: Orders will be shipped USPS Express Mail (overnight service) with signature confirmation.  Deliveries will typically be made the following business day, although if you live in a remote location it may require 2 business days for delivery.

Please remember that we cannot control the speed at which the Post Office will deliver your package.  If your package is delayed for several extra days or more, or if it is damaged somehow in shipment, please contact us so we can work with you to resolve your problem.

Payment

We accept all major forms of payment through PayPal. Please contact us if you have any questions.

We do offer layaway plans, but please contact us first before purchasing an item if you wish to use layaway.

Returns

All items come with a 30-day FREE return policy, provided the item is in the unopened, undamaged holder it was shipped in.  Items removed from their holder or slab are not returnable.  In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase and are returning it, please submit a return request through eBay and be sure to properly and carefully package the item using a trackable shipping method.

The only exceptions to this policy are items whose value is primarily in their precious metal, such as bullion coins (e.g., Gold or Silver American Eagles).  Unfortunately, due to fluctuations in the commodities markets we cannot accept returns for those coins.  Lastly, any purchases that are offered for sale to other individuals or dealers will void any return privilege.
