Note:
Cleaning requirements of squeegee:
1. Use only weakly diluted solvent for cleaning;
2. Do not soak the squeegee in the solvent, even if the solvent is not corrosive, please wear gloves and clean with a clean cloth;

Grind:
1. When grinding, the squeegee should be clean and dry, preferably after 24 hours.
2. The squeegee shall be fixed on the supporting Aluminum clip for grinding.
3. No matter whether the grinder is belt type or grinding wheel type, medium grit (110 mesh-130 mesh) should be used. If the grit is too fine, it will cause blocking or overheating. The fine grit can be ground in the final stage, so as to be suitable for high-precision printing.
4. Select the mechanical system with fixture, squeegee and grinding in a stable state.
5. The squeegee can be used after cleaning with weak and mild solvent or cooling after grinding for more than 2 hours.

Storage:
1. Do not soak the squeegee in solvent for a long time
2. The printing edge of the squeegee needs to be replaced. Due to contact with solvent, the squeegee begins to be corroded. After a period of time / pressure, the hardness of the squeegee will become soft and the blade structure will be damaged. So every 2-4 hours should be used to flip the squeegee. After the flip squeegee is a new printing edge.
3. After using the squeegee, the ink attached to it should be cleaned and dried. Cleaning is usually done with a mild diluent.
