Excellent workmanship: The bench press block is made of high-density EVA, which is durable and will not be compressed and deformed.
The foam block is designed with 4 slots of varying depths, equivalent to lifting the barbell 2-5 plates higher, for lifters of any size and skill level.
Precise cutting: Four heights are precisely cut on the bench press block, and the slot fits perfectly with the barbell bar. Please note that the 3" slot will not get caught on the bar and is suitable for use on the chest.
Lightweight and portable: This bench block is 9×6.22×3.94 inches. It occupies a small space and is light in weight. You can easily put it in your bag and take it to the gym.
