 Exchange item or Refund:

• You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to return it for a refund.
• If you received a defective item, we will exchange it within 30 days of the arrival date.
• For refund or exchange, we will be responsible for the shipping costs from our place to yours whilst the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 Returned parcel:

• If a parcel is returned to us due to insufficient address or unclaimed, we will NOT be responsible for any further re-shipment costs.
