It is used to treat tapeworms, hookworms and roundworms. Each tablet is scored for easy breakage.

What is Biheldon?
A broad-spectrum dewormer used in cats and dogs to treat
tapeworms, hookworms, and roundworms.
How it works:
Biheldon's active ingredients are praziquantel and pyrantel pamoate. Praziquantel works by damaging the parasite's skin internally, so the parasite disintegrates and is removed by the pet's immune system. Pyrantel pamoate is active against hookworms and ascarids and acts as a blocking agent, causing paralysis. This results is the hookworm losing its grip in the intestinal wall and is removed from the pet?s system by natural process.
Cautions:
Side effects are rare, but may include loss of appetite, increased salivation, vomiting and diarrhea. Other side effects may also occur. Talk to your veterinarian about any side effect that seems unusual or bothersome to your pet.
Not for use in kittens less than one month old or weighing less than 1.5 pounds. DO NOT USE ON PREGNANT ANIMALS. May be used on lactating animals.
