This property is located between Lovelock, Nevada (population around 2500) and Winnemucca, Nevada (with a population of around 7500), and about 18 miles north of Imlay, Nevada  89418.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO PROPERTY:

From Winnemucca, take State HWY 49 east to Old Emigrant Road (Callahan Ranch Road).  Turn left (south) drive 1.5 miles south.  This property is adjacent on the left (east side) of Callahan Ranch Road.  These are well maintained County Roads.

From Imlay and Lovelock from 1-80 take Old Emigrant Road north past the Rye Patch Recreation area.  Stay on Old Emigrant (Calhoun Ranch Road) approximately 18 miles from 1-80.  Property is on the right (East side) of the road.  If you come to Jungo Road, you have gone 1.5 miles too far.

 Nevada is an open range state.  You would have to fence the property to keep cattle off of the property.

The area is a checkerboard, which means that you have BLM land on 4 sides, meaning you can enjoy 2560 adjoining acres of BLM land.

There are power lines at the road.
