Please do your due diligence by checking recent sales of properties in the area and you will find this to be a real bargain, please check the property appraisal office. I am selling this property way below market value because I have several properties in the State of Florida and I don't wish to continue holding this properties for more 15 years or more. At the end of auction the buyer will be required to pay a 10% down payment within 48 hours and the balance to be paid within 10 days. Seller will issue a warrantee deed to the successful high bidder and have it recorded with the Polk County clerk of the circuit court of which you are going to received your original copy from the clerk office within 10 days. I will be sending you a copy of the original filing. There will be no additional charge for the buyer from the seller for recording and filing the warrantee deed with Polk County Clerk of Court.
