Total Price: Your Winning Bid + $1,462 Closing Fees + 2019 Maintenance Fee = Your Total Price.

PLEASE NOTE: Hilton Charges a One Time Club Activation Fee of $599 for purchases on the resale market and first use year Club dues of $170.00. These fees will be invoiced directly from Hilton after the closing & transfer is complete and are not fees associated with this transaction.

An Earnest Money Deposit in the amount of $1,462 will be collected from the Winning Bidder at the beginning of the escrow process, and will be applied toward closing costs.

What happens when you win this auction:
We will send you a contract to sign and return to us, via a secure website called Docusign. 

Right of First Refusal Process:
Upon Receiving your signed contract via Docusign along with your deposit, Hilton requires all resale transactions to be subject to Right of First Refusal. Upon our submitting the signed contract to Hilton, they have up to 30 days to either elect to exercise their right of first refusal and purchase the timeshare from the Seller, or they will waive their Right of First Refusal and allow the transaction to be consummated between you and the Seller, in accordance with the contract. Should Hilton elect to exercise its Right of First Refusal, Buyer's earnest money deposit will be expeditiously and fully refunded.

Payment Policy:  Payment types accepted are: Credit Card, ACH Transfer (approved withdrawal from your checking account), Cashier's Check, or Wire Transfer. Within 48 hours after the contract is delivered, winning bidder agrees to deliver (or postmark) signed contract and funds, according to the instructions provided in the contract.
