Domestic Shipping
USPS Priority MailItems are usually shipped out within 24 hours of receiving payment M-F (excluding holidays). Many times items will ship the same day that payment is received because we are shipping items out daily M-F. Domestic items are shipped on USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail, both of which have very quick delivery times. We ship domestic packages by USPS only. Shipping cost reflects shipping, handling, and all packaging materials cost associated. It is NOT negotiable.

Domestic Tracking
USPS uses Delivery Confirmation numbers which will be sent to you in an automated email to the email address listed on your ebay account once your item has been shipped. The confirmation number is to ensure when the package was delivered but it will only show this information after it has already been delivered. USPS Delivery Confirmation numbers are NOT real time in transit tracking numbers. You usually can not track them while in-transit. They DO NOT work like FedEx, UPS, or DHL tracking numbers.

Your USPS delivery confirmation number will most likely only show "Electronic Shipping Info Received" until after your package has already been delivered. This is normal; rest assured your item has been shipped and you will be receiving it shortly. Please DO NOT send an email saying that the tracking number does not work as it is not a tracking number, it is a delivery confirmation number and they do work very effectively. In addition to Delivery Confirmation; items over $250.00 will also carry Signature Confirmation which is already included in the shipping rate.

International Shipping

International Tracking
Express Mail International uses tracking numbers which will be sent to you in an automated email to the email address listed on your ebay account once your item has been shipped. Please give it at least 2 business days M-F (excluding Holidays) for your tracking number to register into the USPS online system for tracking purposes. USPS Express Mail International is the fastest and most effective form of International Shipping; but it takes time to get there and through customs so please be patient for your package to arrive.

We have absolutely no control over customs; how long they take or how they assess packages; so please understand this and be patient in receiving your order if you are outside of the United States. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are solely the buyer's responsibility. We CAN NOT mark items as a gift.

Hopefully you can get the answer to your question that you are looking for right away without having to go through the trouble of emailing us and waiting to get an email back. In rare situations; the pictures shown of the packaging which comes with an item such as the style or color of the box and or case, may vary from the actual one you receive. Rest assured you are always getting an authentic item; but packaging which comes with that item such as the style or color of the box and or case may vary.

1. Can I choose a different type of shipping for my package? Overnight shipping or some other form that I would like to use? Sorry but NO; we only use USPS as outlined in the listing.

2. Can I get free shipping or will you sell to me for less then your buy it now price? Sorry but NO. Our best price is always the Buy it Now Price. We do not respond to nor accept best offers.

3. Can I change my shipping address AFTER I have already completed and submitted the payment? Per Paypals rules; NO. No exceptions.

4. Can I pay with something other then PayPal? Sorry but NO. We accept payments by Paypal ONLY.

5. Can I (the buyer) purchase a knife, a tool with a blade on it, or any other item that could be dangerous in nature from you (the seller) if I am not 18 years of age? NO. By purchasing any knife, tool which may or may not have a knife blade on it, or any other item that could be dangerous in nature from us (the seller), you (the buyer) certify and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and are legally able to purchase and own it. You (the buyer) also certify and warrant that you are legally allowed to receive it at the shipping address (location) that you have provided with your payment. We (the seller) assume ABSOLUTELY NO form of ANY responsibility or LIABILITY for the purchase or use of any knife, tool which may or may not have a knife blade on it, or any other item that could be dangerous in nature that has been purchased from us (the seller) by you (the buyer). 7. I'm missing my tracking number / delivery confirmation number? Did you send it? I paid for the item 24 hours ago and I still don't have it? Where is it? Items are shipped M-F (excluding holidays). Yes we sent it; check your email that you have listed on your ebay account. Check your spam / bulk folder. This is completely automated and they are ALWAYS sent to the email that you have listed on your ebay account M-F (excluding holidays).

8. I checked the tracking number / delivery confirmation number that I received by email and it only says "USPS was electronically notified on "X" date by the shipper to expect your package for mailing" on the USPS website but it does not actually tell me the EXACT day that you shipped my item? Did you ship my order out yet? If so when? (For Domestic Shipments) This is because USPS uses delivery confirmation numbers which as stated above; they can not be tracked while in transit because USPS does not offer real time tracking for anything other then Overnight Express Mail for Domestic packages. This message "USPS was electronically notified by the shipper on "X" date to expect your package for mailing" is usually all that will show up online until your package has been delivered because packages are scanned when they are delivered to confirm delivery details like date, location, and time; which is what delivery confirmation numbers are for. All packages are shipped out within 24 hours of receiving payment if not the same day M-F (excluding holidays).

9. What if I have a problem with my item? Almost all items are covered by a 60 day warranty through Supreme Solution. Any item which has warranty stated in the description will carry this warranty and the item will be warranted to be free from defects under normal use for a period of 60 days from the original purchase date. Items returned for warranty service may be repaired or exchanged at Supreme Solution's sole discretion. Shipping cost to and from will be solely the responsibility of the buyer. Any problems determined not to be defects; such as accidental damage, scratches, or damage as a result of misuse or abuse of the item will void this warranty. Warranty is only valid for 60 days from the original purchase date.

10. When can I expect my order? How long does it take? Usually only 2-3 Business Days from the shipping date for Domestic; 5-7 Business Days from the shipping date for International. (It is always from the shipping date; NOT the payment date) Rates are quoted by USPS.com and we have no control over the speed of them. Holidays can slow this timeframe up and some domestic areas in the US can take longer depending on where they are located at. So please wait at least 5 business days from the date of your shipment for domestic packages and 10 business days from the date of your shipment for international packages before emailing us with any concerns about not receiving your package.

11. Where is my order? Can you track it for me and tell me where it is? It has been 3 days or more since I paid for my item. I read the shipping and it says that it only takes 2-3 business days so why is it not here yet? The tracking number shows the same thing it did yesterday? Why? (For Domestic shipments) You can not track domestic packages while in transit day by day as USPS does not offer real time in transit tracking for anything other the Overnight Express Mail. It usually will not show anything different until the package has been delivered which is what delivery confirmation numbers are for. So please wait for at least 5 business days from the date of your shipment (24 Hours after payment M-F) before emailing us with any concerns about not receiving your package. It usually only takes 2-3 business days (but can take longer for some areas) for a package to be delivered but that is from the date it is shipped; NOT from the day that you make payment.

For International shipments; we only use USPS Express Mail International which is extremely fast but we have no control over customs or how long they take; so please understand this and be patient in receiving your order if you are outside of the United States. We apologize but the speed of customs is out of our control.

12. I have a question that was not answered above? If you have a question that has not been answered AFTER reading above; then please send an email through eBay and INCLUDE your user id and the item number. If you do not include your user id and item number then we have no way of looking your transaction up for you.
