The description is in the photos, so please feel free to ask questions and for more photos.

I bought this White King tin box, a Kay Whites Kit of Home Information on eBay in 2010 and it's been in storage ever since.
I had no room to display it. I had been collecting items that were depression green and bought too many.
In reality, the green on this box is a tad brighter than what shows in the pictures.
I have an old camera.

Most of the flaws show in the photos, a slight dent on the top near the hinge and a few small spots of rust and
a tiny nick and smudge here and there, basically what you would expect with a vintage tin piece.
In total, it's a great vintage piece that could be useful to hold things such as recipes, trinkets, knick-knacks or just be a fun, retro display. It's
very fetching in person. If you love depression era green, you will have to bid on this unique piece.

It measures approximately 7 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 5.2.5" and "No" I don't know what the slots are for. I looked online and found nothing.

This tin was manufactured in the 1930s for Home Information by White King with the name of Kay White's Kit on front. Her silhouette is embossed on the cover. The White King Soap was a family owned company manufactured by Los Angeles Soap Co.. They were in business for 137 years and closed in 1987. The kits originally came with cards that had printed homemaking tips and advice.

Again, I must emphasize, please ask questions and study the photos before bidding. That way you will know what you're getting and will be happy with your purchase. Let me know if you need more pictures.

Thanks for looking.
