This auction is for a beautiful George Graff designed Telechron #711 Art Deco “Telealarm" Illuminated Electric Alarm Clock, as well as a matching Everyday Dura “Electric Candle”. I believe these were designed from around 1930-36.

Clock:
"Dura silver alloy" case, non-tarnishing finish. Moulded black base. Height 5", width 4-1/4", Depth 3”.
The friendly glow of its illuminated dial--the dependability of its pleasant alarm (a bell that could wake the dead); its uncanny accuracy--make this clock an outstanding value. A design that "fits" anywhere...says Pappy!

Condition: The case looks shiny and clean in beautiful condition, as you can see in the photos, and runs quietly and to time.
The face illumination and alarm also work. Face in pretty nice shape, with few imperfections as seen in the photos.
Has a red dot “power interruption indicator’. You plug in the clock, and set the indicator to white…and the if the power goes off, it turns to red to tell you not to trust the time (because this was one of the first “self starting” clocks).
Comes with a new black rayon wrapped power cord-it's ready to be a "daily driver”.

Eveready Candle:
Beautiful example. Glass top, can be used as constant “on” by pushing the button in, or in the “lift to light” setting.
Measures: 7” high by 3” at the base.

Please ask any questions prior to bidding, and thanks for looking!

In the following weeks I’ll be offering several Telechron, General Electric/GE, Lawson, Hammond, New Haven, Seth Thomas, Winslow, Westinghouse, Westclox, Waltham and a dozen other brands from my personal collection. Many are the culmination of acquiring several parts clocks, and using 6 Million Dollar Man technology (and probably close to that amount of man hours and cash outlay) to make one gorgeous example. These pieces are not cheap, but are probably the best of their kind out there.

DISCLAIMER: You are bidding on a vintage mechanical item.
While it is currently running beautifully and keeping great time, I cannot guarantee it will continue to run as it does now once you own it.
It is 80+ years old, and should be treated that way. I do guarantee it will not arrive DOA.

Additional photos are available upon request, and I am happy to answer all questions to the best of my ability.

Shipping is $14 to the lower 48 U.S. states.
