A 20% re-stocking charge pertains to all returned parts ordered incorrectly. Restocking fee may be waived if return is accompanied by a new order with a value of $30.00 or more than the returned order.

 Parts that have been installed, painted, plated, etc. will not be acknowledged for return. Electrical parts are non-refundable - exchange only. SVAUTOMOTIVE will not accept COD returns.

Please call, write, e-mail or fax if you wish to return mis-ordered items.

Guarantee

All SVAUTOMOTIVE products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee is negated in the event of misuse, neglect, improper installation or misdiagnosis. Electrical parts are non-refundable.

SVAUTOMOTIVE reserve the right to exchange any electrical item after it is returned and inspected by us.

SVAUTOMOTIVE will not accept COD returns. All suspected defective item must be authorized prior to return; they must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, the original invoice, a brief description of the problem ("defective" is not sufficient) and customer must prepay shipping.

Note: Due to the variances in the manufacture of after-market products and/or original equipment, production run changes, multiple suppliers of the same product(s) and almost limitless options for such parts, it is the ultimate responsibility of you (the buyer/consumer) to confirm in advance that such part(s) will fit your vehicle.

Sales Tax
California residents must include State Sales Tax. If you are an automotive parts business and/or you have a tax number, please include it on a tax card with your order.

Payment
SVAUTOMOTIVE accepts Visa, MasterCard and PAYPAL credit cards, certified funds. Please contact us for more information of this payment form . Stop payment will constitute legal action and/or collection.

Shipping
A handling/shipping fee is added to all orders shipped. The standard fee is listed include insurance up to the purchase value. However, oversized items and certain destinations will be higher. Express shipping is available at an extra cost.

SVAUTOMOTIVE uses FedEx in most cases. FedEx will not ship to a post office box.

NOTE: If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address, simply put a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your order.

The quoted shipping prices are within the 48 states only. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico etc are higher, please inquire.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS 
Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are solely the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional fees will be prior to bidding/buying.  We use USPS for all international shipping.   

LOCAL                                                                                                                                     Pick-ups are preferred on items especially larger items. Please confirm that you are coming to pick item up, we are at South California, so you will need to confirm your part is at the place you are picking up from before showing up.

Damage/Shipping Claims
Make certain you inspect all packages in the presence of the driver/carrier.

If you receive a package that has been damaged or opened, make a claim with the driver/carrier at that time. All claims of loss, concealed damaged, damage or other destruction must be made by you with the carrier. Save all boxes and packing materials, as the carrier may want to inspect it. This is a Fed Ex shipping policy. Any shortages not the fault of the carrier must be reported within 4 days of receiving order. No exceptions!!!

Exchanges, Return & Refunds
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within the first 30 days of purchase. No Exceptions. Customer must call or use the form below for a Return Merchandise authorization number (RMA) on all returns, regardless of the reason for the return.

 

The RMA number must be clearly written on or near the address label. Please include a written explanation of the reason you are returning the item, and a copy of the original invoice (please give specific detailed description of defect if any).

 

A return without an RMA number will be refused! Parts must be unused, unaltered, and unbroken, in re-sellable condition. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before a replacement or credit is issued.

 

Exchange items will be of the same or greater value. Customer will pay the difference (if any). No cash refunds. SVAUTOMOTIVE reserves the right to charge a 20% inspection and re-stocking fee on all returns. 

 

 

All requests must be authorized by a customer service representative before a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is provided. A customer service representative may call you to request more information prior to approving your return. You may call our Customer Service at -  

 

Checking on the Return Status

Once your request has been approved, you will receive a unique RMA number and instructions on how to return you order. Please follow these instructions carefully to expedite the processing of your return. Please allow 3-5 days upon delivery for inspection and processing. Our representatives may contact you to discuss evaluation or request more information on your return. The seller, SVAUTOMOTIVE, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied warranty or merchant ability of fitness for a purpose, and SVAUTOMOTIVE neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this merchandise. SVAUTOMOTIVE will be responsible only for "the products sold by us." Sellers and manufacturers only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective by SVAUTOMOTIVE. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or the inability of product. After use, the user shall assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection thereof.

OUR STORE RETURN POLICY

 

Our 30 day return policy ONLY permits the return of items that are exactly as they were when sent out.

 

Items that are NOT ELIGIBLE for return are as follows:

 -Any item that has been installed or removed from it's plastic or paper wrapper is no longer eligible for  returns

- Any electrical item that has been connected to a power source or has been installed, even for testing, is not returnable

- Any engine bearings that have been removed from their original box are not eligible for return

- Any electronic components missing the security label(s) are not eligible for returns

- Any wire harnesseses that have been installed or modified are not eligible for returns

- Any new item that has shows wear, evidence of installation or modification are not eligible for returns

- Any truck freight items are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns for any reason

- Any international shipment items are not eligible for return for any reason due to the shipping costs
