This is a SINGLE FLAT ALUMINUM LICENSE PLATE from NEBRASKA. It is an expired 2017 base plate and no longer for use on a vehicle. This is an unused plate. It is older than 3 years in accordance with eBay policy. THANKS for looking, I always combine shipping on multiple orders and check out my store for other interesting stuff.

Shipping
I always ship the day payment is received or the first business day after payment is received, exceptions being time zone differences, holidays and weekends. Also keep in mind that in an effort to keep shipping charges reasonable I use USPS PRIORITY MAIL (1-3 days time in transit), USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE (2-5 days time in transit). I also use FEDEX GROUND, UPS GROUND and USPS MEDIA MAIL when appropriate. Unless FREE SHIPPING is offered, there is a small surcharge on each package to help cover the cost of tape, address labels, etc. To international buyers, any CUSTOMS fees or VAT are at the buyers expense.
Terms of Sale
Payment is expected at the CLOSE OF THE SALE or UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE. If there is to be a delay, I would appreciate being informed about it. I try to be as accurate as possible when describing items. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact me and we will work something out. Returns are allowed; the item must be returned in the same condition as it was received in.

I primarily sell collectables but will sell other things if they catch my eye. Most of my items come from auctions, tag sales, flea markets, estates, etc. I try to be as accurate as possible in my descriptions. I also believe that pictures can sometimes be better then words. Most things I sell are as they are found, I don't repair or mask any blemishes.
