5 Pack of Gold & Chrome Accents Gallant Pen Woodturning Kit. The Gallant Pen is truly simple in function and elegant in style.  This is really a beauty!  Whether you are turning a pen for your use, or a pen to sell, this is truly an amazing pen.  The center band is ringed with a tri-dimensional carved water motif. The top displayed a sun flower bloom.  Looks great and feels nice in your hand.  A masterful writing instrument just waiting for you to enhance with your turning ability.  Wood or acrylic turned barrels that you turn go equally well to top of this popular design and show off your skills.  See my other listings for additional pen kits and bushings for turning the barrel.  Turning material for the barrel is not included.

To make this kit, you will need a wood turning lathe and common tools used for turning pens and these
Required Accessories:
- 7 mm pen mandrel
- 2 piece Bushing Set (included with 3, 5, and 10 Packs or sold separately)
- 3/8" Drill Bit
- Universal Barrel Trimmer 3/8" shaft
- 2 part epoxy glue or Super glue (cyanoacrylate)
- Minimum Pen Blank size: 3/4" x 2-1/8"

PLEASE READ:
Some people have mistakenly assumed that this kit can be simply snapped together and includes all parts and tools needed.  This is a woodturning kit.  As such, you must have a wood lathe and appropriate tools to complete the assembly of this kit.  You may need turning bushings, which are sold separately unless indicated otherwise above.  This kit DOES NOT include the material you will need to turn on the wood lathe, namely the wood, acrylic, Corian or other suitable material that is to be turned by you. You must supply that material. It includes the parts in the pictures. If you do not understand how to use a lathe and associated tools, then please do not order this kit.  It cannot be assembled without the proper tools and knowledge.  Instructions are included that someone familiar with woodturning will be able to follow.  The picture of the assembled kit is only one example of what you can produce, but the look of the assembled kit will depend on the material you choose to turn.
