	An 8x11" type signed letter from the Assistant Secretary John A. Bennett who works for Aram Pothier, who served as the 51st and 55th Governor of Rhode Island, dated 1928. Subject is that Pothier passed away on February 28, 1928 and this letter is from a day later. Letter has expected mailing folds and has two pieces of tape on the edge, with a strong signature at the close.
