I've inherited a lot of jewelry from different family members over the years. I'm now trying to pair them together into groups of useful items that people might like and use.
This grouping has four items in it. I'm not an authority on judging what these are, so I'm just offering opinions and insights to what I'm seeing.
I'll start by mentioning that non of these items seemed to be attracted to the magnet, so there is a good possibly they are brass of other components that don't like magnets, lol. I'm pretty sure the thimble is brass. It belongs to my Grandmother.
The bracelet I also believe is brass. It also belonged to my Grandmother. It will need to be soldered. it's pulled apart in one spot. Maybe glue would hold it, don't know.
The bracelet is truly unique and it would be great if someone could restore it. I'm thinking it might date back to the 40's. It's approximately 7.5" Long.
An old brooch that is approximately 1.5 W and long. It has a picture in it but I don't know what that is. Maybe it's a relative. By the look of the clasp being used I'm thinking it could be as old as the late 1800's to early 1900's. And the style of clothes in the picture helps date it.
And lastly some old pierced earrings. That have a nugget like metal attached. I'm not sure what this is. It's not being attracted to a magnet, maybe it's copper or brass? I'm thinking it has some copper in it. Even the hoops seem to have a orangish/reddish hue to them.
Just a group of miscellaneous things I'm hoping someone might think are collectible.
