Lovely bisque porcelain set includes a generous dresser tray with a matching covered trinket box, in the prettiest colors! Sort of a light teal, almost mint green background, with long-stemmed flowers that end in a dainty bloom or a little fleur de lis. The tray has gold painted double handles, and a uniquely contoured shape. Seems to resemble a butterfly. The trinket box is perfectly matched, and the ruffled edges of the box's lid are a great compliment to the design of this sweet set. Both pcs. are marked on the bottom with the beehive logo, along with the #7860. Condition is excellent! There's a handwritten note on the bottom of the tray that looks like the remains of an old label, with the word "Meissen" written across it, but I am pretty sure this isn't Meissen. My research tells me this was made by Arnart Imports. This is a scarce set.
Tray size is 11" L x 7.5" W The trinket box is 4" H x 4" W.
